  • Cancellation charges

    Hay Gorgeous requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel/amend an appointment, for cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of you appointment or no shows, 100% off the booking cost will be taken from the card you supplied.

    Polite Notice

    Please also be aware that if you you exceed the 10 minute lateness policy and we cannot carry out your appointment you WILL be charged 100% of the booking cost.

    We use and recommend products from our own suppliers and hold a wide range of after care products for your use at home, to help you maintain your style, shape and colour as easily as possible.
